Tori Spelling Slams Rumors She and Husband Dean McDermott Are Having Marital Issues
No trouble in paradise here! Tori Spelling is totally tired of hearing rumors that she and her husband, Dean McDermott, are experiencing marital trouble so she slammed her haters in a candid new interview.
“It sucks,” the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 45, told Us Weekly on Wednesday, February 6 of speculation that the pair is going through a rough time and have an “aggressive, tumultuous relationship.” She continued, “This doesn’t exist … and it’s like, they have no idea. We don’t have relationship problems.”
The Open Range actor, 52, agreed, calling the cyberbullying they’ve experienced “awful,” and adding, “It’s just a free for all … Celebrities have feelings.” Tori also said that she believes “it’s not worth the time fighting back.” This isn’t the first time the couple has had run-ins with online critics. Just last month, Dean snapped at haters on Instagram who criticized his kids with Tori — Liam, 11, Stella, 10, Hattie, 7, Finn, 6, and Beau, 22 months — for looking “terrible” at a recent movie premiere.
“I am absolutely horrified and disgusted by the comments being left about my children,” he commented. “Body-shaming and bullying my children??!! What is wrong with you people??!! For your information, we went from a long day at school to the movie. And I don’t know any child that is NOT disheveled at the end of the day. Not to mention that just before this picture was taken, they were wrestling and running around with all the other kids that were at the movie.”
Dean continued, “So I apologize we didn’t get the iron and steamer out to make them perfect for you. Their [sic] kids. They’re messy and dirty. That’s what they do.” He added, “They’re going through different growth phases, and even if our children are on the bigger side, who cares. They’re happy and healthy and I’m sorry they don’t look like skinny supermodels. People come in all shapes and sizes. So who are you to judge? You should all be ashamed of yourselves for passing such horrible judgment on innocent beautiful children. Shame on you all!!!!”
