The 42-year-old model took to Instagram on Tuesday, Aug. 30 to share a cute new photo of herself and her seven-month-old baby son, York.

The Celebrity Apprentice star and her boyfriend, Erik Asla — who have been dating since 2013 — welcomed their little boy via surrogate in January 2016.
