Tyra Banks is loving new motherhood — though she admits being a parent comes with many challenges!
In a new interview, the 42-year-old model candidly opened up about finding a work-life balance while raising her nine-month-old baby son, York.
"My secret to balance is to focus on one thing at a time. I used to be the most amazing multitasker, doing three things at once," Tyra recently told People. "Not anymore, now that I have my son. I think that’s Mother Nature’s way of saying this life you created takes all of your brain power."

Tyra welcomed York via surrogate in January 2016 with her boyfriend, Erik Asla.
