The Dancing With the Stars pro and former contestant (she was the fifth celebrity eliminated this season) enjoyed a quiet date together on Wednesday, Oct. 26, E! News reports.

During their “flirty” outing in LA, an onlooker claims the duo was “all smiles” throughout dinner. The two were also spotted getting cozy at Amber’s birthday party last weekend.

The model had great chemistry with her partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, during her short-lived run on the popular dance competition. That said, we’re not entirely surprised by this new fling she’s having with his brother!
