While Patrick is the one in front of the camera, it’s not uncommon to find Jillian on set as a makeup artist. Not only has she done makeup and hair for her hubby, but she’s even worked for other legendary celebs like Julia Roberts and Bradley Cooper, among others.

Jillian is a Businesswoman

Aside from working as a makeup and hair artist, Jillian is also a businessman, having created her own beauty line called Jillian Dempsey. According to her website, she sells products like eyeliner, eyelid tints, hair pomade and more.

Most recently, Jillian launched her beauty and grooming app, FYFE Beauty, in March 2020.

Jillian Is a Doting Mom

The Made of Honor actor and the FYFE Beauty founder welcomed their first child, daughter Talula, in February 2002. The pair’s twins, Darby and Sullivan, arrived in 2007.

Although it’s unusual for Jillian to post a pic of her kiddos on social media (unlike Patrick), she has been joined by their children at a handful of red carpet events over the years. In August 2019, the family of five was smiling ear to ear at the premiere of The Art of Racing in the Rain.

Three years earlier, Patrick and Jillian turned the Bridget Jones’s Baby premiere into a family affair as they walked the red carpet with Talula, Sullivan and Darby.

Patrick and Jillian are in it For the Long Haul

Things seemed to be going well for the proud parents of three after their nuptials, but in January 2015, Patrick and Jillian shocked the world when they announced they were going their separate ways. “It is with careful consideration and mutual respect that we have decided to end our marriage,” their joint statement read, noting their “primary concern” was staying civil for their kids.

However, the formerly estranged couple teased a reconciliation by the end of 2015 when they were photographed holding hands during an outing in Paris. Less than six months later in May 2016, the SAG Award winner confirmed the lovers called off their divorce and were back together.

“You have to work at everything. And you cannot do everything. Something has to be sacrificed,” Patrick told the Evening Standard, echoing his sentiment during an interview with People.

“Our marriage was not something I was prepared to let go of,” he sweetly insisted. “Jill and I decided it was time to work on our issues and improve. We wanted to be role models for our kids like, OK if you have differences, you can work them out.”

Despite their ups and downs in the past, the Enchanted actor and his love are stronger than ever today. While celebrating their 22nd anniversary in July, Patrick shared a touching message alongside a beautiful throwback from their wedding day.

“Can’t believe it’s been 22 years, feels like yesterday,” he marveled. “I love you and don’t know what I would do without you.”
