"Happy Easter everyone! #easteregghunt #twinning #family," the 37-year-old actress captioned the sweet snap of the siblings donning matching red coats while admiring their loot.

Zoe and her husband, Italian artist Marco Perego, 37, welcomed the boys in November 2014. The couple — who began dating in March 2013 — married in a secret London ceremony in June 2013.
